Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours after being placed. If orders are placed over the weekend or on a holiday, they will be processed on the next business day. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will communicate these to you by email.

 

 

Shipping Time

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days. Cost is $17.89 per order.
  • Free Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days. Free for orders over $69.

Shipping Holidays

Please note that our shipping partners do not operate on public holidays. If your order is placed on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched on the next working day. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled due to a public holiday.

 

 

Global Events Impacting Delivery Times

Please note that global events, which are out of our control, may cause delays to our shipping times. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to hundreds of customers worldwide. However, shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination. You may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, or if you fail to accept the delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and a handling fee.
