Returns & Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 60 days of receipt. Any requests after 60 days will not be honored. Please be sure to contact us first by emailing info@buynewtrems.shop.
Return & Redemption Conditions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
All items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-returnable items
Specials or gift cards are non-refundable.
Damage/loss caused by customer is non-refundable.
General return process
To initiate a return: Please email info@buynewtrems.shop with photos and/or videos of the item and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine if your return request qualifies within 3 business days.
Returning Items: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend that you send returns/exchanges using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then offer an exchange or refund.
Return fees
If the return is due to our problems (for example: incorrect product, product quality problem), we will give you a full refund;
If the return is due to buyer's problem (eg: didn't like/want the item, ordered wrong product/size), buyer should pay for shipping.
No restocking fee Consumers are charged a return fee.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
If you don't receive your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Official refunds may take some time. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@buynewtrems.shop.
Please note: We do not refund original shipping charges.
cancel the order
If you contact us promptly after purchasing, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment has been completed but your package has not been shipped, you may cancel your order before the item ships. We will refund the amount paid, but you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
